Season details

Each Pokémon is graded on how well it fits its position, from its base stats, size and type. QB, pass rushers and corners count the most, and your four weakest spots drag the whole team down. Opponents range from 350 to 910.

      What is All 22 Pokemon?

Pokemon All 22 turns team building into American football: choose 11 Pokémon on offense and 11 on defense. Build with 1,025 Pokémon across nine generations, set a 3-4 or 4-3 defense, and use a fullback or a slot receiver on offense.

Pick a generation to start with its classic lineup, or choose all generations to mix regions. Switch on Legendaries to include Legendary and Mythical Pokémon. Pixel sprites cover the full roster; Retro uses the Gen 1–2 sprites, and Artwork shows the original Pokémon illustrations.

      Make every position count

Quarterbacks value Special Attack and Special Defense, while receivers and cornerbacks lean heavily on Speed. Big, durable Pokémon suit the offensive line. A strong pass rusher also needs Attack and enough Speed to reach the quarterback.

Your weakest spots affect the whole team. A familiar Pokémon can be a better choice in the right position than a powerful one playing the wrong role. The scouting guide explains each position’s stats, size, and type bonuses.

Click a player to change it. Drag two players together to swap their positions. Use Save image for a team sheet, or Copy link to share the lineup. Your last lineup and settings are saved in your browser.

      Choose your next game

The 17–0 Challenge rolls a region and type each round. Pick a matching Pokémon for an open position, with up to three Legendaries. Its Retro variant limits the draft to Kanto through Sinnoh.

The 151 Challenge rolls one of the original 151 Pokémon at a time. Decide where each pick belongs, with five rerolls for the whole run. Both challenges fill 22 positions before simulating a 17-game season.

For a shared draft, start a Fantasy Draft league with three to six teams and fill empty seats with computer opponents. For on-field action, All-22 BOWL and PRO play with your saved team: side-view arcade football or a behind-the-offense Mode 7 camera.

How do I build the best team?

Start with position fit: passing stats for quarterback, Speed for receivers and corners, and size with durability for the line. Then improve your weakest positions before spending every top pick on one side of the ball. Formation and draft pool change which team works best.

Use the best-team strategy guide to plan your roster, and the Pokémon football stats chart to compare the skills each position rewards.

Is Pokemon All 22 free to play?

Yes. Build, save and share your lineup without an account or payment. Challenge scores use a browser player profile. Fantasy leagues use a shared code; keep your seat information in the same browser so you can return to your team.
